Sister Coleman is Executive Director of Christian Housing.
The mission of Christian Housing, which Sister Coleman helped found, is to build and maintain high rise apartments for senior
citizens.
In the 37 years that Christian Housing has been operating,
the organization has built 23 high rises, which house over 1,000 people in clean, safe, and affordable housing. Sister Coleman
said helping people is part of her Franciscan vocation. Sister Coleman has been a Sister of St. Francis for over 50 years.
