Poems

I don't care
I don't care
Why do you bother to ask me this question
You look fine
Lets go home
Yes
I'm fine
I'm hungry and want to go home
I don't care
I don't care
Your hair looks fine
Lets get in the car
Grandma says
"Hi"
Let's get out of her hair
Forget
Forgetful
That is what he calls me
I never write
And yet no one can stop me
I write and write
And write
And write
I never stop
Yet I forget to write for him
What he asks me
To meet the deadline
I'm as forgetful
As a hat
Sure theres something on the outside
But nothing on the in
I'm empty and I need to start writing for him
So
I'm no longer forgetful
But a writer
So he'll smile again

Movie Reviews
The Prestige
Review by
Katie B.
The Prestige is a movie about two competing magicians
in the early 1900's. The main trick the two are after is human teleporting. Both go to extreme lengths to master the trick
and out do the other. The movie may be confusing to some because of the scenes swithing from present to past quite often.
The director does a great job of keeping the viewers interested and suprised by the events throughout the movie, especially
near the end. Dark subject matter may make it inappropriate for children under 10 years of age. Overall I found The
Prestige to be one a great movie and definitely one of the best films in the past year. Two thumbs way up!!
